With a career spanning the region, Amanda started over a decade ago in PR and Advertising before transitioning to connecting the industry with the best senior talent in Communications and Digital across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

With an innate ability to identify and hire the right talent for her clients, Amanda’s approach to talent acquisition has always been through a business lens, understanding her client’s key drivers and

values that are unique to them. Her foundational experience has provided a wealth of insights, enabling her to advocate her

client's EVP to the best talent in the market.
